The roots of "Blues"

The second cycle of the program "New Ways of Seeing" visits the studio of The Jawlani Music Band "Hawa Dafi"; in a workshop entitled: The Roots of Blues Music; In an enjoyable atmosphere, listening to samples of the band`s works, singing, and debate. The workshop focused on analyzing this musical genre in the light of its historical context, to understand the emergence of new artistic expressions as a reflection of conflicts and social movements.
